Washing & Care Instructions
Hand-washable: This hammock cannot be machine-washed.
Bind the suspension cords together before washing to avoid tangling.
Do not tumble dry: To preserve your product, line dry.
Protect from abrasion: Ensure your hammock swing is fully suspended and does not rub on the ground.
Keep dry during winter: We recommend cleaning and thoroughly drying the hammock before the winter season. Then, store it in plastic to protect it from dust, mould, and vermin.
Warranty:
All are subject to the standard 12-month factory guarantee period. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help. We will repair it, replace it, or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note that the warranty is not valid for wear and tear or fading due to incorrect maintenance and extensive outdoor use, such as products left permanently exposed to the sun. Outdoor products must still be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun when not in use.
